The Norman Way runs along the south coast of County Wexford, between the village of Lady’s Island (less than 7km from Rosslare Harbour & Europort) and the historic riverside town of New Ross.

Wexford Bus is an ideal way to travel to, from, and around County Wexford. They operate up to 29 daily services between Dublin Airport, Dublin City, Arklow, Gorey, Enniscorthy, and Wexford Town (Route 740). They also have regular services to Waterford City from Wexford (Route 340).

Ireland’s national bus network, Bus Eireann also run buses between Dublin Airport/City and Wexford. Route 2 runs from Dublin Airport (stopping in Dublin City) all the way down through County Wexford to Wexford Town, stopping at the main towns along the way e.g. Gorey and Enniscorthy.
From Waterford, the main route to New Ross and Wexford Town in County Wexford (and onwards to Rosslare Europort) is Route 40. This stop at the very end of this route is actually Tralee in County Kerry, making one corner of Ireland easily accessible from another!
Route 370 is another route travelling from Wexford Town and Rosslare Europort to Waterford City. This bus journey stops along the way at some wonderful towns and villages in the south of County Wexford such as Duncannon.

Irish Rail run direct connections between Wexford and Dublin City with multiple daily services to five train stations across County Wexford; Gorey, Enniscorthy, Wexford Town, Rosslare Strand, and Rosslare Europort.
If you are flying into Dublin Airport there is a connecting coach service from the Airport to Busáras, the central bus station in Dublin City. This bus station is just a two minute walk from Connolly Train Station where the train to County Wexford can be boarded.

Dublin Airport is Ireland’s main airport and is the gateway to Ireland from destinations all over the globe.

Waterford Airport is the closest airport to County Wexford and is just 70km from Wexford Town. The airport is serviced by regular direct flights from London Luton and Birmingham airports in the UK.
Car Hire is available at the airport and a taxi service is also available to shuttle passengers to and from Waterford train and bus stations from which visitors can then continue on their journey to Wexford.

Rosslare Europort is just 15 minutes from Wexford Town and has daily services to and from the UK (Fishguard and Pembroke) and France (Cherbourg and Le Harve). There are then buses, trains, and taxis all available from Rosslare Europort to take visitors to Wexford Town and further into the County.
